Newsflash – Smurf Movie Delayed
Well it looks like it’s bad news. The smurf movie has been put on the backburner until US summer 2011 according to Cinema Blend.com. Apparently Sony is considering July 2011 as there will be less competition. Probably not a bad move on their part.
I must say this little quip from Cinema Blend, speaking about the competition factor, made me smile: “That, of course, is likely to change, but regardless, it was a smart move on Sony’s part to keep the film out of the December 17th free-for-all. Blue clashes with red and green anyway.”

Hey, awesome website. I actually came across this on Ask Jeeves, and I am really happy I did. I will definately be returning here more often. Wish I could add to the conversation and bring a bit more to the table, but am just absorbing as much info as I can at the moment.

Although I would’ve loved if you went into a little bit more detail, I still got the core of what you intended. I agree with it. It might not be a popular idea, but it makes sense. Will definitely come back for more of this.
